Shipping
What carrier do you ship with?
We ship mostly UPS and if there is faster service available we use USPS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered on orders of 2,500 envelopes and up (UPS Ground). Expedited orders do not ship for free.
Can we get rush delivery on our offering envelopes?
Yes! Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping is available. All expedited orders ship via UPS unless a faster service is available.
How fast will you ship my order?
Overnight, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day-Select offering envelope orders ship within 24-48 business hours. All other envelope orders ship within 5-10 business days. Orders with free shipping go out within 5-10 business days as well. Orders with expedited processing fee ($35) ship within 24 business hours regardless.
Is my signature required on delivery?
In most cases yes we ask for signature at delivery. We don’t want to have UPS leave packages out in the open. Envelopes are sensitive to moisture and we want to deliver the product directly to our clients, it makes claims about damaged goods and rejecting damaged packages easier.
